FAYETTEVILLE -- Police arrested a Fayetteville woman Thursday in connection with breaking into a building, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of property and misdemeanor criminal mischief, according to an arrest report.

Cindy Colleary, also known as Cindy Dellar, 42, of 1045 S. Happy Hollow Road Apt. 3 was arrested after police identified her as a woman trying to use a credit card stolen during a break-in Aug. 1 in Johnson, according to an arrest report.

Fraudulent charges were made Aug. 1 in Siloam Springs at Hardee's and Murphy's fuel station and an attempted charge for more than $200 was made at Walmart in Siloam Springs.

Officers at the Johnson Police Department identified Colleary in surveillance videos as the person who attempted to use the card at Walmart, according to an arrest report.

Outdoor surveillance video showed a woman and a man get out of a black Nissan Xterra with black rims, according to the report. Video surveillance in the store showed both trying to use the stolen card.

Nineteen days later, a detective at the Fayetteville Police Department told police in Johnson he saw the same Xterra in the Walmart video parked in a lot at an apartment near Happy Hollow Elementary School, according to the report.

When officers asked Colleary about the man who was with her in the videos, she told them she met him at the casino in Siloam Springs, and she only knew him as "Frank."

Colleary was being held Friday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $8,400 bond.
