GAO: Pentagon violated law in Taliban-GI swap

WASHINGTON -- The Pentagon broke the law when it released five Taliban leaders in exchange for the freedom of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, a prisoner in Afghanistan for five years, congressional investigators said Thursday.
