• Mark A. Gwatney, 56, of 9199 Williams Road in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault. Gwatney was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Telvondric Haywood, 18, of 580 E. Randall Wobbe Lane Apt. B28 was arrested Monday in connection with breaking into a vehicle and theft of property. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,500 bond.

• Richard Jahnke, 26, of 1401 Jean St. was arrested Sunday in connection with parole violation, aggravated assault, third-degree battery and terroristic threatening. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• James Thomas, 26, of 1616 Sisco Drive was arrested Monday in connection with aggravated assault, second-degree false imprisonment and third-degree battery. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Phillip Lanki, 38, of 7901 N. 13th St. Apt. 24 in Rogers was arrested Sunday in connection with first-degree endangerment of the welfare of a minor. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

• Justin Pelfrey, 28, of 2178 Highway 295 in Elkins was arrested Monday in connection with failure to appear. He was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $75,000 bond.

Accidents

Fayetteville

• An accident was reported Sunday at 1108 S. Wood Ave. The driver of a truck lost control of the vehicle and went through a fence, according to the Fayetteville Police Department. The driver was taken to Washington Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.

Rogers

• An 18-year-old woman with shoulder pain and a 38-year-old man with groin pain were taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle accident at 4:38 p.m. Friday along West Pleasant Grove Road.

• A 45-year-old man with knee and elbow pain was taken to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle collision at 7:22 a.m. Saturday at Rainbow Road and Northgate Road.

• A 19-year-old man was transported to Washington Regional Medical Center with a head injury after a one-vehicle collision with a power pole at 8:49 a.m. Monday at Poplar Street and 13th Place.

• A 29-year-old woman was hit by a car and had foot pain at 3:08 p.m. Monday at the Serco parking lot, 710 W. Roselawn Drive. She was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville.

Springdale

• An accident with entrapment was reported Sunday at 2001 S. Thompson St. The woman entrapped was unconscious while getting treated by emergency personnel on scene, Capt. David Kissinger of the Springdale Fire Department, said. She was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale with lacerations and swelling to her torso.

Rogers

• Firefighters put out a fire in a 2002 Honda Odyssey minivan at 8:50 p.m. Friday at Academy Sports and Outdoors, located at 3855 S. 26th St.

• Firefighters put out a smoldering rubbish fire in a trash bin at 11:59 a.m. Saturday at 2737 W. Hudson Road.

• Firefighters plugged a natural gas leak from a damaged pipe at 1:17 p.m. Saturday at 2912 S. D Place.

Springdale

• A 70-year-old woman suffering from first-degree burns was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale on Sunday, Capt. David Kissinger of the Springdale Fire Department, said. Her hands and face were burned after she lit a cigarette with her nasal cannula on, creating a flash fire.
