Victoria Lissette Abellera and Nathan Stuart Gay Jr. were united in marriage at 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 2, at Covenant Presbyterian Church. Brandon Barnard of Fellowship Bible Church officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Edith and Robert Gray II of Garland, Texas, and AnnieBeth and Robert Abellera of Sherman Oaks, Calif. Her grandparents are Carole Gray and the late Robert A. Gray of Wiggins, Miss., Violeta and the late Roselito Abellera of Atlanta, and Noemi Ortiz of Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico.

The groom is the son of Debbie and Nathan Gay of Little Rock. His grandparents are Judy and Robert Wolf and Barbara and the late Dr. Ellery Gay, all also of Little Rock.

The chancel held matching arrangements of white hydrangeas, white roses, gypsophila and ferns. Music was by pianist Lisa Bell and vocalist and guitarist Jake Coffman.

Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a trumpet-style silk gown with an overlay of tulle beaded in a vertical pattern. The sleeveless bodice had a deep V neckline, and the chapel train of tulle was embellished with seed pearls. She carried a bouquet of white hydrangeas and roses.

Serving as the bride's honor attendants were Lauren Aleece McElyea of Garland and Carli Rae Sasser of Crossett. Bridesmaids were Emma Patterson of Garland; Kourtney Chumbley of Richardson, Texas; Cara Curtis of Stuttgart; Taylor Webster and Barrett Gay, sisters of the groom, and Kirstin Changose, all of Little Rock. They wore sleeveless black dresses with sweetheart necklines and accordion pleated skirts. They carried smaller versions of the bridal bouquet.

Flower girls were Isabella Chaney of Little Rock and Teal Mortimer of Covington, La.

Best man was Grant Fox of Little Rock. Groomsmen were Hein Hillmer of Jonesboro; Daniel Martin of Nashville, Tenn.; Preston Winstead of Jerusalem; Taylor Heinsohn, Austin Whitesell and Cody Webster, all of Little Rock; and Alex Abellera of Irving, Texas, brother of the bride. Guests were seated by Arthur Johnson of Rockwall, Texas, and Andrew Davis and Joshua Davis, both of Little Rock.

A reception in the church's fellowship hall followed the ceremony. Guest tables were centered with arrangements of white gladioluses in black Eiffel Tower vases surrounded by candles.

The bride graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia with a bachelor's degree in mass communication and business. She was named to Who's Who Among College Students. She is an account manager/project manager at Social Innovation, a digital advertising agency partnered with Mangan Holcomb Partners.

The groom graduated from OBU with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He was captain of the men's soccer team and was recognized as Offensive Player of the Year. He is a management trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Little Rock.

After a wedding trip to San Diego, the couple will live in Little Rock.
