West Fork Man Accused Of Growing, Selling Marijuana

FAYETTEVILLE -- The 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force arrested a West Fork man Wednesday in connection with growing marijuana on his property.

Kenneth Norbert Osredker, 60, of 14309 Mineral Springs Road in West Fork told officers he started growing and selling marijuana in 2011 to earn money, according to the preliminary arrest report.

Officers confiscated 75 marijuana plants, 15 bags filled with marijuana, numerous grow lights, fans, marijuana seeds, a .22-caliber rifle, a 10-gauge shotgun and a .44-caliber revolver.

He was booked into the Washington County Detention Center in connection with felony manufacturing of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, according to the report. No bond has been set.
