Markham St., Little Rock, will team up to screen the 1977 made-in-Arkansas film September 30, 1955, 5:30 p.m. Friday at the museum. Richard Thomas plays a college student deeply affected by the death on that date of movie star James Dean. The cast also includes the late Lisa Blount of Arkansas; the late James Bridges, also of Arkansas, directed. KUAR Station General Manager Ben Fry, who also teaches film history and criticism at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, will introduce the film and lead a post-screening discussion.
