The Ozark Hill Hikers will host a 5-kilometer or 10-kilometer walk on Saturday in Fayetteville. Registration opens at 8 a.m. and the walk starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Walgreens store, 524 S. School St. The route follows part of the Frisco Trail, downtown and the University of Arkansas.
A walk will also be held at Pea Ridge National Military Park on Aug. 27. Registration opens at 8:30 a.m. and the walk starts at 9 a.m. The route follows the park tour road.
