WHAT: Kettle Brand Popcorn

STATS: Varies by flavor. One ounce (about three cups) of the Sea Salt, for example, contains 150 calories and 9 fat, 15 carbohydrate, 3 fiber and 2 protein grams. More information at kettlebrand.com.

THE SKINNY: We all know kettle corn. Now meet Kettle Brand Popcorn.

The company known for snacks, including various chips, has introduced a line of flavored popcorn (and, no, "kettle corn" isn't one). While it isn't labeled a "light" snack, a 150-calorie serving features a filling three cups. Only want a cup? You'll only take in about 50 calories.

Traditionalists will appreciate the Sea Salt, Salt & Fresh Ground Pepper and White Cheddar varieties. For those craving more unconventional popcorn, there's the spicy Sriracha or the sweet, smoky Maple Bacon. Yes. Maple. Bacon. It's crunchy, compelling corn that tastes like 'cue. Who knew?

Kettle Brand Popcorn is a whole different kettle of ... popcorn.
