• Thomas Eric Nesmith, 43, of 2860 N. Elizabeth Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with careless driving, failure to pay registration fee, no proof of insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nesmith was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Michael Ingram, 44, of 2280 E. Magnolia Drive in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia. Ingram was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Reed Cook, 37, of 1267 E. Elm St. was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, violating parole and several traffic violations. Cook was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center with no bond set.

• Dustin Holliday, 36, of 1404 N. Oakland St. was arrested Monday in connection with breaking or entering, theft of property, first-degree criminal mischief and possession of drug paraphernalia. Holliday was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Cory Sullivan, 24, of 709 Young St. in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with third-degree assault on a family member and terroristic threatening. Sullivan was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention on $5,000 bond.

Siloam Springs

• Michael Thomas Tyson, 28, of 205 D. Halsey St. was arrested Sunday in connection with carrying a weapon, domestic battering in the first degree, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence. Tyson was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with a $5,000 bond set.

Springdale

• Seth Cheatham, 18, of 17028 W. UA Beef Farm Road in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of a firearm on school grounds. Police said a rifle was seen in the back of Cheatham's vehicle while it was parked at the Archer Learning Center, 500 E. Meadow St. Cheatham said the rife was still in the vehicle after a camping trip over the weekend. Cheatham was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center awaiting a bond hearing.

Tontitown

• John Pickle, 31, of 1941 N. Scott Hollow in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with theft by receiving. Pickle was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention Center without bond.

• Zackery Kath, 24, of 18243 Clearwater Road in Fayetteville was arrested Sunday in connection with third-degree domestic battery, second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and terroristic threatening. Kath was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Michelle Mohling, 32, of 271 Orchard Drive in Forsyth, Mo., turned herself in Sunday in connection with fraudulent use of a credit card. Mohling was released Sunday from the Washington County Detention center on $2,500 bond.

• J.C. Beaver reported at 9:42 a.m. Friday that a calf was stolen from 12773 Lee Town Road in Pea Ridge.

• Aaron Middleton reported at 11:28 a.m. Friday that someone vandalized his car and stole rims and a breathalyzer machine from the car at 133588 Gailey Hollow Road in Siloam Springs.

• Firefighters responded to an unauthorized burn at 3:15 p.m. Friday at 1100 N. 15th St. A resident was burning lumber in a barrel.

• Firefighters and a neighbor put out a small grass fire at 6:15 p.m. Saturday at 2105 W. Roselawn St.

• A 22-year-old man was transported to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle collision at 2 a.m. Saturday along Interstate 49. He complained of neck and foot pain.
