Proceedings Suspended For Rogers Man Involved In StandOff

BENTONVILLE -- A judge Monday suspended criminal proceedings against the Rogers man who was wounded during a February standoff with Benton County Sheriff's Office deputies.

Devin Weaver, 24, of Rogers is charged with two counts of terroristic threatening in the first degree, a Class D felony; domestic battering in the first degree, a Class B felony; false imprisonment in the first degree, a Class C felony; aggravated assault on a family or household member, a Class D felony; four counts of aggravated assault, a Class D felony; endangering the welfare of a minor in the first degree, a Class D felony; domestic battering in the third degree, a Class A misdemeanor; and enhanced penalties for an offense committed in the presence of children. He previously pleaded not guilty to all of the charges.
