May is Arkansas Heritage Month and the theme is “Come to the Table: Celebrating the Flavors of Arkansas.”
From pioneer cooking demonstrations and Dutch oven cook-offs to panel discussions about Arkansas food traditions and special exhibits on how immigrants influenced Arkansas culinary traditions, the month-long observance celebrates Arkansas’ foodways from the mountains to the Delta.
