Bella Vista Planning Commission To Look At Zoning

BELLA VISTA -- The Planning Commission will consider zoning assignments for four parcels annexed into the city.

The meeting is set for 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Fire Department training room.

The four parcels were voluntarily annexed. They are at the intersection of Forest Hills Boulevard and Rogers Drive, adjacent to one another to the south along Forest Hills Boulevard.

Commissioners agreed to recommend zoning the 32-acre lot owned by Freda Perry and the 20-acre lot owned by Village Baptist Church as C-2, commercial, at a work session April 2.

The remaining two parcels -- nine acres owned by Freda Perry and five owned by Floyd Perry -- should be zoned R-E, residential estate, the group said.

The two lots owned by Freda Perry are for sale.
