Jorge Bonafacio belted a grand slam home run in a six-run sixth inning for the Naturals, and Justin Trapp added three hits on the night but it wasn't near enough as Midland built a 13-run lead through the first five innings to win the series finale Wednesday.
Jason Adam (0-1) allowed six earned runs on seven hits in just three innings to take the loss on the mound for the Naturals. The Rockhounds (4-2) got four hits and four RBIs from Josh Whitaker, including a two-run home run.
The Naturals (2-4) play Frisco in their home opener at Arvest Ballpark on Thursday.
