Arrests

4th Judicial Drug Task Force

• Thomas Nesmith, 43, of 2860 Elizabeth St. in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose of delivery. Nesmith was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center with a $3,500 bond.

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Jerry Dale Randolph, 32, of 16677 N. Arkansas 94 in Pea Ridge was arrested Sunday in connection with felony parole violation. Randolph was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Bentonville

• Salvador Antonio Gonzalez, 25, of 2027 S. Sixth St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony parole violation. Gonzalez was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Francine Mahone, 50, of 969 W. Holly St. Apt. 7 was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor offense. Mahone was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $3,500 bond.

• Eric Hutchins, 50, of 1737 W. Reap Drive was arrested Saturday in connection with terroristic threatening and aggravated assault on a family or household member, both felonies. Hutchins was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $5,000 bond.

Rogers

• Joshua Ray Goodnight, 35, of 630 N. Sixth St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony parole violation. Goodnight was being held Sunday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tontitown

• James Colvin, 43, of 717 S. Barrington Road in Springdale was arrested Saturday in connection with breaking or entering a building and other misdemeanor offenses. Colvin was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• Kenneth Lanier, 51, of 2739 Channel Place in Springdale was arrested Sunday in connection with felony parole violation and a misdemeanor offense. Lanier was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $1,065 bond.

• Mark Johnson, 42, of 65 Lancaster Drive in Bella Vista was arrested Saturday in connection with three counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Johnson was being held Sunday at the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Fayetteville

• A burglary was reported at 10:45 p.m. Sunday at 1064 S. Dunn Ave., Apt. 104. The apartment was reportedly broken into sometime Saturday night.

• Theft of two iPhones was reported at 10:15 p.m. Sunday at the Fayetteville Police Department.

• A breaking or entering was reported at 9:45 a.m. Sunday near West Wedington and North Marinoni drives.

• Burglary was reported at 1:45 p.m. Sunday at 1412 N. Bernice Drive.

• Burglary was reported at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at 805 N. Sunset Drive. A woman said she thought someone entered her house, but nothing was missing or moved.

• A theft was reported at about 1 p.m. Saturday at 2060 N. Chestnut Ave., Apt. 3.

Rogers

• A breaking or entering was reported at 11:30 p.m. Saturday at 2305 S. Eighth St.

• Theft of gasoline was reported at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at 2401 W. Olive St.

Springdale

• Battery was reported at 4 a.m. Sunday at Shiloh Express, 3427 S. Thompson St. A man told police he was beaten up and his vehicle and phone stolen.

• A theft was reported at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at the Walmart Neighborhood Market, 1375 Market Square Drive. A former employee was thought to have been "under-ringing" merchandise with the help of her husband sometime between January and March. Under-ringing merchandise is when a cashier or other employee makes an item reflect a lesser value than the item's actual price.

• A Kindle Fire e-reader and a black handgun were reported stolen at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at 2755 Carondolet St.

• A breaking or entering was reported at 1:15 p.m. Saturday at Comfort Suites, 1099 Rieff St. A man reported someone threw a rock through his fiancee's vehicle window.
