Arrests

Benton County Sheriff's Office

• Joshua Scott Mott, 26, of 14069 Canal St. in Rogers was arrested Monday in connection with domestic battering in the second degree. Mott was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Fayetteville

• Trey Richardson, 39, of 1153 N. West End Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member and third-degree domestic battery. Richardson was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

• Greyson Schofield, 20, of 5 S. School Ave. was arrested Sunday in connection with aggravated assault on a family or household member, first-degree false imprisonment, third-degree domestic battery and interference with emergency communication. Schofield was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.

Rogers

• Steven Shawn King, 42, of 10117 Beaver Lane was arrested Monday in connection with delivery of a controlled substance. King was being held Monday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Jody Starr, 28, of Springdale Inn was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor shoplifting and failure to pay fines and cost. Starr remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday in lieu of $1,147 bond.

• Franklin Boyt, 31, of 248 Strawberry Meadows Place Apt. 201 was arrested Sunday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Boyt was in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday awaiting a bond hearing.

• Lauren Hinshaw, 35, of 14452 N. Wedington Blacktop Road in Lincoln was arrested Sunday in connection with two counts of felony possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Hinshaw remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Monday awaiting a bond hearing.

Washington County Sheriff's Office

• William Randolph, 47, of 1316 AQ Circle in Springdale was arrested Monday in connection with possession of a firearm by certain persons and violating probation or a suspended sentence. Randolph was being held Monday in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,353 bond.

• Bobby Turner, 34, of 1101 Curtis Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Monday in connection with theft by receiving. Turner was released Monday from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond.

• Mike Bedford reported at 1:19 p.m. Saturday a theft at 207 N.E. J St.

• Julie Davis reported at 5:17 p.m. Saturday identity theft at 1906 S.E. 18th St.

• Josie Shirley reported at 12:41 p.m. Sunday a burglary at 504 Braithwaite St.

• Susan Sears reported at 6:19 p.m. Sunday a burglary at 301 N.W. F St.

• Shawn Bradberry reported at 9:24 p.m. Friday a pig was stolen from 15100 Wimpy Jones Road in Garfield.

• Gale Williams reported at 6:31 p.m. Saturday a wheelbarrow was stolen from 11412 Stage Coach Road in Gravette.

Fayetteville

• Attempted shoplifting was reported Sunday afternoon at Walmart, 3919 N. Mall Ave. A man tried to take a pair of headphones and fled.

• A caller reported two gunshots Sunday evening near 1705 N. Sang Ave.

• Dental supplies were reported stolen Sunday evening at 2827 E. Millennium Drive.

• A caller reported finding a plastic bag of bullets Sunday evening at 2584 N. Gregg Ave.

Rogers

• Theft of tools was reported Monday at 121 S. Second St.

• Theft was reported Monday at Mo's Treasures & More, 414 S. Arkansas St.

• A break-in was reported Monday at Walmart Supercenter, 2110 W. Walnut St.

• A vehicle break-in was reported Saturday at 2432 S. Rill St. Items were stolen from the vehicle.

Springdale

• A security guard reported Monday a vehicle broken into at Northwest Medical Center-Springdale.

Fires

Rogers

• Firefighters put out an unauthorized fire at 11:15 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Linda Lane and Dixieland Road.

• A small grass fire beside a house at 6013 S. 39th St. was extinguished by firefighters at 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

Springdale

• Firefighters responded to a residential structure fire at 6:02 p.m. Sunday at 4633 Ervin McGarrah Road. No one was injured and firefighters had the fire under control at 6:36 p.m. Heat escaped from an old chimney and caught the structure on fire, said Duane Miller, fire marshal. Most of the damage was to the ceiling and attic around the chimney.

Washington County

• Two people were taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale on Sunday after fire engulfed a residence at 18649 Habberton Road. The 911 call came in at 2:19 p.m. and the fire was under control about an hour later, said Gary Hull, Nob Hill fire chief. Authorities don't know the cause, but think it was related to oxygen tanks inside the residence. Hull said the residence was heavily damaged.

Gas Leak

• Residents were evacuated after a gas leak was discovered at 1:30 p.m. Friday at 7020 W. Inglewood Drive.

Accidents

Fayetteville

• Two motorcycles collided Sunday evening near West Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and South Futrall Drive. A man was treated for minor injuries at the scene.

Lowell

• A man complaining of neck pain was taken to Mercy Hospital on Monday after an accident in the southbound lanes of Monroe Avenue.

Rogers

• A 54-year-old man was transported to Mercy Hospital complaining of pain in his feet after a vehicle collision at 4 p.m. Sunday at 20201 E. Arkansas 12.

• A 24-year-old woman suffered a laceration to a forearm and was transported to Mercy Hospital after a vehicle collision at midnight Sunday on Interstate 540.

Springdale

• A 35-year-old woman was taken to Northwest Medical Center-Springdale on Sunday after an accident between a pedestrian and a vehicle on Butterfield Coach Road. No further information was available.
