FORT SMITH - Sebastian County sheriff ’s deputies are looking for a 41-year-old Oklahoma man who is charged in a warrant with rape of a minor female, a news release from the department said.
The warrant was issued Sept. 12 against Robert Duttko, but efforts to locate him have been unsuccessful, the release said. Duttko lives in the Oklahoma City or Chickasha, Okla., areas and also has ties to Arkansas.
The sheriff’s office began its investigation Aug. 16 after a 13-year-old girl told deputies that Duttko had engaged in sexual activities with her over the past several years. Some of the assaults occurred in Sebastian County while others occurred in other Arkansas counties and in Oklahoma, the release said.
Duttko is described as white, 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighing about 225 pounds and bald. Anyone with information about Duttko is asked to call the Sebastian County sheriff’s office at (479) 783-1051.
