Simone Gbagbo will not be extradicted to join her husband, former Ivory Coast President Laurent Gbagbo, at the International Criminal Court, where both have been indicted on charges of crimes against humanity, and instead will be prosecuted “in Ivory Coast by Ivorian courts,” the government said.
