Stop Signs To Be Installed Monday

FAYETTEVILLE — New stop signs are set to go in Monday at West Cleveland Street and North Oliver Avenue, according to a city news release.

The three-way intersection is west of Razorback Road and east of the Cleveland Street hill that connects to Sang Avenue. Currently, there is a sign stopping northbound traffic on Oliver Avenue, but no stop signs on Cleveland Street.

The new east and westbound signs are intended to promote safe driving at the intersection, which is near the University of Arkansas. Residents are asked to use extra caution once the new signs are installed.
