County Judge Picks New Road Boss

BENTONVILLE — Benton County Judge Bob Clinard has named Terry Nalley of Rogers as the new public services administrator to oversee the Road Department.

Terrance (Terry) Nalley, a Rogers resident, has been named Benton County’s administrator of public services. Nalley, a graduate of Monett High School and Monett Vo-Tech in Monett, Mo., is a senior construction manager for Walmart Stores Inc., where he works for the company’s New Store Division managing projects in six states. Nalley has worked for Walmart in construction management since 1998. Before that, he worked for CEI Engineering of Bentonville from 1989 to 1998.
