100 YEARS AGO Sept. 17, 1913 HEBER SPRINGS — Realizing that there is a crying demand for improvement along the line of practice hygiene for the individual, and believing that the introduction of any plan that will meet this urgent and growing demand is in keeping with the spirit of the day, Dr. Cyrus F. Crosby of Heber Springs, one of the most widely known and successful physicians in the State has in process of organization a novel education institution whose success will establish a new and unprecedented method of teaching. The institution will be known as a “Health School” and not as a sanitarium.
