• Rhawnie Palmer, 27, of 1030 Rochier St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and three counts possession of a controlled substance. She also faces charges from another department. She was in the was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.

• Cornelious Anderson, 20, of 50 E. 7th St. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony second-degree domestic battery and third-degree domestic battery. he was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
Fayetteville
• Eric Cato, 26, of 19884 Natural Walk Road in Springdale was arrested Thursday in connection with felony residential burglary and theft of property. He also faces a possible parole violation. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Friday.
Prairie Grove
• James Hart, 31, of 213 S. Summit St. was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear and second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,595 bond Friday.
Springdale
• Kay Loni Sullivan, 22, of 4894 Martens Drive was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. Sullivan was in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday on a parole violation.
