Aguilar-Goates

Jasmyn Goates and Cisco Aguilar, both of Colcord, Okla., were married July 13, 2013, at Natural Falls State Park in West Siloam Springs, Okla., by great-uncle of the bride the Rev. John Meredith Jr.

The bride is the daughter of Jackie Goates of Gentry and Chad Goates of Decatur. She is the granddaughter of Kathy Meredith of Cave Springs, Paul Meredith of Bella Vista, Linda and Dean Denney of Colcord and Willard Goates of Lowell.

The groom is the son of Jeanette Aguilar and Thomas Gonzales, both of Colcord, and the late Rolando Aguilar. He is the grandson of Patsy and Milton May of Colcord, Paz Aguilar of Riverside, Calif., and the late Rosendo Aguilar.

The bride wore a vintage-inspired custom lace mermaid gown featuring cap sleeves and a slight train. The gown had a sweetheart neckline and was detailed with flower appliques and Swarovski crystals. She wore a blue satin sash and Spanish fingertip veil while carrying a bouquet of blue bom dendrobium orchids, white roses and pink lilies.

Grandmother of the bride Linda Denney of Colcord, Okla., was matron of honor. Also attending the bride were bridesmaid Kimberly Stines of Colcord and bridesman Joseph Seabolt of Avoca.

Christopher Aguilar served his brother as best man. The groomsmen were Rodrigo Aguilar and Eric Alberty of Colcord, and Trevor Baird of Seneca, Mo.

A reception followed at the Red Fern Reunion Center in West Siloam Springs.
