Where I live: I live in the Heights neighborhood of Little Rock with my wife, Katherine, and our children, Thomas and Hannah. Our third child, daughter Charley, is due at the end of November. We have two dogs as well, Ava and Scooter.
Occupation: I am an agent with Flake & Kelley Commercial. My primary focus is leasing, tenant representation, brokerage and development of commercial real estate.
My favorite space is: Our deck in the backyard.
Why? This is my favorite place to spend time with the family. Our children would live entirely outside if allowed. After work and on the weekends, you can find me here watching Thomas and Hannah play in their fort or helping them ride their bikes or swing on the swing set. We cook a lot, and I enjoy grilling out as much as possible. When the weather is nice, this is where we eat dinner. My wife and I like to sit out here after the kids have gone to sleep and just catch up on our day. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
If I could make one change to improve this space, I would: Make it larger so we could add additional seating for when our friends and family come over. We are always running out of places to sit when we have larger parties.
It would be nice to accommodate everyone.
