$150,000 raised so far to save LR ballpark

Arkansas Democrat-Gazette/RICK MCFARLAND --11/29/13-- Lamar Porter Boys Club Athletic Field, built in in 1936, at West 7th and Johnson streets in Little Rock Friday.

Supporters of Lamar Porter Field in Little Rock’s Stifft Station neighborhood believe that the historic complex is one of a kind — and worth saving.
