No need for mixed messages

In a typical negotiation, the more leverage you bring to the table, the better your chances for snagging a favorable deal. So you’d think that the Obama administration would welcome a push from Congress to slap more economic sanctions on Iran, in a bid to boost U.S. leverage in talks to halt Teheran’s rogue nuclear program.
