4th Judicial District Drug Task Force

• Jaret Seals, 29, of 2660 W. Wedington Drive No. 17 in Fayetteville was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

Fayetteville

• Heather Unger, 19, of 605 Benton St. Apt. B in Siloam Springs was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

• Amber Jones, 26, of 1212 S. Dunn Ave. was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Tuesday.

• Gene Duggin, 3, of 17920 Miller Road was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor driving while intoxicated. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $765 bond Thursday.

Springdale

• Constance B. Bowen, 18, of 19586 War Eagle Blacktop Road in Nob Hill was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony aggravated assault on a police officer, two counts aggravated assault on a jailer, misdemeanor public intoxication and minor in possession of alcohol. Police said Bowen spit on a police officer and two jailers. Bowen remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

• Jason Turpening, 32, of 20231 Fawn Road was arrested Monday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Turpening remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Tuesday with no bond.

• Brandy Gann, 21, of 1601 S. Eighth St. in Rogers was arrested Tuesday in connection with felony theft of property. She was in the Washington County Detention Center no $3,500 bond Tuesday.

Accidents

Rogers

• An 11-year old riding a scooter wrecked it while turning near 2229 S. 16th St. on Monday. The boy had a small laceration to his head.

• A hit-and-run accident was reported at Second and Walnut streets Monday. A Ford pickup with a camper shell kept going after hitting a Volkswagen Beetle, a caller told police.

Rogers

• A fence caught fire at 408 E. Asher Court Tuesday after a grass fire got out of control. The fire was out by the time firefighters arrived.

• Firefighters responding to an arcing power line found a charred limb on a high wire, but no fire at 1513 W. Ash St. on Monday. A blown fuse in a transformer caused a power outage to the neighborhood.

• A grass fire without a permit was reported at 1026 S. Arkansas St. on Monday.

• A smoldering stump was reported Saturday at 2542 S. 26th St.

• A grass fire without a permit was reported at 800 S. 24th St. on Friday.

• Carlos Hernandez of Bentonville reported Monday a wallet and phone lost or stolen from 2203 S. Promenade Blvd. The items had not been turned in to the mall office, Hernandez told police.

• Terry Dixon, 1412 N. B St., reported a theft on Monday.

• Maria Rogel, 820 N. 12th St., reported theft of a wallet after a break-in on Sunday.

• Brittany Sprouse reported a burglary at 601 W. Easy St. on Sunday.

• Julio Torres reported theft at 1009. N. Arkansas St. on Sunday.

• Robert Argueta, 1012 W. Callahan St., reported a vehicle broklen into and theft of a purse on Sunday.

• Shayla See, 2412 W. Olrich St., reported an attempted break-in Saturday after finding people trying to kick in a door at the residence.

• Donn Wilson, 3909 W. Amour Drive, reported Saturday finding a garage door dented at the address.

• Kathy Cudmore reported an attempted kidnapping of a 10-year old from 2660 W. Walnut on Friday. A man and a woman in a red Honda Civic tried to coax a 10-year-old into the car. The man was wearing a cowboy hat, Cudmore told police.

• Doug Applegate, 1604 W. Walnut St., reported a break-in after finding a garage door kicked in at the residence on Friday.

• Danika Bland, 1305 W. New Hope Road, reported finding tires slashed on Friday.

• Tracy Everhart reported Friday theft of a utility trailer stolen from 2100 S. Eighth St.

• Misty Terry of Decatur reported Friday identity theft used to get gas utilities from 615 N. Third St.

• Lark Samuels, 1248 W. Sunset St., reported break-in of a car and theft of a wallet on Friday.

• Rachel Bruce reported Friday theft of a vehicle from 2000 N. Common Circle. Her car was found by deputies, Bruce told police.

• Police responded at 1:21 a.m. Tuesday to a burglary alarm at Parson Hills Elementary School, 2326 Cardinal Drive.

• Jeremy Maloney reported a burglary at 9:05 a.m. Tuesday at 7424 Napa Valley Lane No. 101.

• Andrea Hidalgo reported at 12:27 p.m. Monday a break-in at 2210 E. Robinson Ave.
