BENTONVILLE — Prosecutors will not pursue a case against a Rogers woman arrested in connection with the sexual assault of a 17-year-old boy.
Mary Margaret Fullerton, 46, was arrested in connection with sexual assault in the second degree Dec. 11. The charge is a Class B felony.
Her case was on Circuit Judge Brad Karren’s docket Tuesday. Carrie Dobbs, deputy prosecutor, announced Fullerton would not face charges.
Fullerton was released from the Benton County Jail on $10,000 bond after her arrest.
