Brent Dean Fletcher, 26, of 1802 Pine Apt. 1 in Siloam Springs was arrested Friday in connection with possession of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance. Fletcher was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Joseph Dean Baldwin, 22, of 2404 S.E. Jayel Terrace in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with conspiracy to deliver a controlled substance, fleeing, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with purpose to deliver a controlled substance and parole violation. Baldwin was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $25,000 bond set.

Bentonville

Michael Lawton Tinkle, 35, of 1201 Phyllis in Bentonville was arrested Thursday in connection with theft of property. Tinkle was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Randy Lewis Brewer, 47, of 1206 N.E. Monroe in Bentonville was arrested Wednesday in connection with rape and sexual assault in the second degree. Brewer was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $75,000 bond set.

Fayetteville

Nilson Clark, 26, of 1739 Old Wire Road was arrested in connection with two felony counts of delivery of a controlled substance. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on a $3,500 bond.

Rogers

Douglas Taylor Armstrong, 37, of 6 Acapulco Drive in Rogers was arrested Friday in connection with aggravated assault and domestic battering in the third degree. Armstrong was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Andrew Craig Forster, 22, of 797 North Highland in Memphis, Tenn., was arrested Thursday in connection with felony failure to appear.

Forster was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Tahney Jade Sommer,37, of 1909 South 12th St.

in Rogers was arrested Thursday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia with intent to manufacture a controlled substance and theft of property. Sommer was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $40,000 bond set.

Jaime Alberto Castro-Cerna, 34, of 2006 Commons Drive Apt. 5 in Rogers was arrested Wednesday in connection with sexual assault in the second degree. Castro-Cerna was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with a $25,000 bond set.

Siloam Springs

Owen Edison Lenard, 40, of 2343 N.W. Belle in Lawton, Okla., was arrested Thursday in connection with breaking or entering, fleeing, public intoxication and theft of property. Lenard was being held Friday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

Robert L. Randle, 29, of 2089 Birch Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Thursday in connection with felony theft of a motor vehicle. Police said Randle stole a tan Ford Taurus from a couple living at 819 Southfield Ave. Randle remained in the Washington County Detention Center on Friday in lieu of $3,500 bond.

A grass fire was reported early Friday afternoon at the Prairie Grove exit of Interstate 540. A hay bale was on fire.
