Ex-builder to get detention hearing

Former Fayetteville developer Brandon Barber will remain in the Washington County jail until a full detention hearing in his case can be held, possibly next week.

All this hub bub over a scumbag thief, it's pretty simple lock him up until he post bond or keep him in jail till trial. Then after he is convicted lock him up, simple.
