Brandon Barber, a former Northwest Arkansas developer, is in federal court in Fayetteville this morning for a bond revocation hearing.

Barber is was charged in April with multiple counts of money laundering, bank fraud, bankruptcy fraud and conspiracy to commit those crimes. He was placed under home detention on a $500,000 bond, toward which he paid $50,000.

A probation officer in a petition said that Barber violated the terms of that detention when he met with his girlfriend and a potential client without seeking permission.
