Convenience Store Burglarized

ROGERS — Four men are suspected of stealing about $2,000 in cash and merchandise from Stop & Go late Thursday, according to police.

Officers were dispatched to Stop & Go, 1307 W. Hudson Road, at 10:42 p.m. Thursday for a possible burglary.

The building’s glass front door was shattered, and surveillance video showed four men wearing dark hoodies or masks inside the store, said Keith Foster, police spokesman.

The business closed at 9 p.m., and thieves arrived at about 9:30 p.m., Foster said.

The men took $600 from the cash register, more than $500 in cigars, $400 in glass pipes and other smoking devices and about $400 in beer, including seven 30-packs of Budweiser.

Police are investigating, Foster said.
