Rezoning Approved Off Square

Development Would Include Retail, Offices

The Planning Commission approved rezoning land southeast of the downtown square after reading and listening to concern from neighbors.

Bentonville’s Planning Commission met Tuesday and approved:

• Plans for a Walmart Neighborhood Market a Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard and Southwest I Street

• Plans for Macadoodles at Southeast Walton Boulevard and Southeast C Street

• A conditional use permit for the Benton County Fairgrounds

• Final plat for Uptown Village at the corner of Southwest Regional Airport Boulevard and Southwest I Street
