A fine example of a group of law makers not even knowing what they are voting on. Typical make some thing a problem that is really not. get rid of the roosters and limit the number hens and you have the problem fixed but that would be to easy. come on please quit trying to over think every thing. Just do the right thing.

I've had my kitchen flock, along with rabbits, with continuous renewal for twenty five years. As long as I'm able, I will continue to do so. I used to be in the county and was annexed. It does take a bit of work as I have to keep them penned up. Running free, they will destroy gardens and also make the neighbors unhappy. It's well worth the effort and expense. Figure two hens per each family member to have enough eggs.
