Triple play turns tide, game in favor of Arkansas State

Arkansas State’s Collin Massanelli (26) slides home with the fi rst of two runs to score on a first-inning passed ball in the Red Wolves’ 6-3 victory at Gary Hogan Field in Little Rock on Friday night.

Arkansas State’s infielders knew what to do, and because they did, three UALR runners were left standing in their tracks during the pivotal play of ASU’s 6-3 victory Friday night over the Trojans.
