WASHINGTON — House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan on Tuesday unveiled a revised tax and spending proposal that he said would eliminate the deficit within a decade by cutting $4.6 trillion out of a vast swath of federal expenditures.

I like the idea of not taking from anyone because taking something from anyone by force seems to me to be stealing.

What force is involved? People who object to paying the taxes that the government is constitutionally empowered to levy are not being forced to stay in the United States and take advantage of the society that those taxes pay for..
