Chairman’s chronicle Kay Goss will discuss her book Mr. Chairman: The Life and Legacy of Wilbur D. Mills, which chronicles the life and career of Mills, an Arkansas Democrat who was the longest continuously serving chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee, at 6 p.m. Wednesday in Sturgis Hall, Clinton School of Public Service, 1200 President Clinton Ave., Little Rock.
