Arrests 4th Judicial District Drug Task Force Logan Wright, 19, of 1493 N. Marion Way in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was released from the Washington County Detention Center on $2,500 bond Saturday. Benton County Sheriff’s Office Johnny Ray Smith, 22, of 13201 Moondance in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance. He was being held Saturday at the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Two more lives ruined because of victimless crimes. Heaven forbid the drug arrest rate should go down and the 4th Judicial Drug Task Force loses it federal grant money. But then there's always the asset forfeiture laws, huh, guys?
