He’s accused of being drunk, disorderly

Rick Watkins, the former vice chairman of the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, pleaded innocent to public intoxication and disorderly conduct charges Tuesday, Lonoke County District Court Clerk Sunnye Freeby said.

Kajon, it's clear that neither Sunnye Freeby (nor Chelsea Boozer, for that matter) know enough about their jobs for us to expect them to also know the proper use of the nomenclature.
Give 'em a break, dude - the womenfolk are rightfully more concerned about what statute regulating the use of their bodies the Legislature will enact next.
