Arrests Bentonville • Josh Ivan Howard, 38, of 2704 S.W. Tunica was arrested Wednesday in connection with distributing, possessing or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child. Howard was being held Wednesday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.
