Cities to Begin Paying for Hazmat Team

Taxpayer dollars from Washington County and its small cities will pay for a countywide hazardous material response team from Fayetteville and Springdale.

Washington County and its small cities will pay 38 cents per capita to help fund a countywide hazardous material team from Fayetteville and Springdale. The county portion covers residents in rural areas.
