Council Action Rogers’ Planning Commission met Tuesday and approved: • A request for a temporary trailer at 711 W. Persimmon St. for six months behind the American Legion Post.

Rogers’ Planning Commission met Tuesday and approved:
• A request for a temporary trailer at 711 W. Persimmon St. for six months behind the American Legion Post.
• A conditional use permit for open display at Sears of Rogers, 100 N. Eighth St., a highway commercial zone. Lawn mowers and other equipment must be displayed adjacent to the building, not in the street right of way.
• A conditional use permit for Center Line Tattoos at 1601 W. Walnut St., a highway commercial zone. The property has been used as a tattoo parlor in the past.
• The final plat of The District, Phase I, near Pauline Whitaker Parkway.
• A temporary concession trailer permit for a snow-cone stand in the parking lot of Frisco Station Mall, 100 N. Dixieland Road.
• A lot split for Nations’ property at 1308 and 1318 Concord Street. The property is zoned agriculture.
