100 YEARS AGO March 5, 1913 PINE BLUFF — Prosecuting Attorney T. Havis Nixon yesterday gave notice to all tobacco dealers, druggists and other merchants that after March 15 the law prohibiting the sale of cigarettes or cigarette papers would be strictly enforced in Pine Bluff.
