Judge rules for Bella Vista in sewer case

A judge ruled in Bella Vista’s favor in a lawsuit involving sewer hookups in the city. Judge John Scott ruled Monday a city ordinance requiring residents to hook up to a sewer system is valid, city attorney Bryan Vernetti said.
