Manuale Watkins of Fayetteville High tries to drive past Bentonville defender Austin Heard during the semifinals of the 7A boys state basketball tournament at Fayetteville High School on Saturday afternoon.

The venue has changed, but for three local high school basketball teams the story remains much the same as far the state finals are concerned.

FRIDAY

3A Boys — Harding Academy vs. Little Rock Episcopal Collegiate, 3:30 p.m.

7A Girls — Fort Smith Northside vs. Fort Smith Southside, 5:15 p.m.

5A Boys — Alma vs. Jacksonville, 7 p.m.

5A Girls — Paragould vs. Jacksonville, 8:45 p.m.

SATURDAY

4A Girls — Prairie Grove vs. Malvern, 11 a.m.

2A Boys — East Poinsett County vs. Cedar Ridge, 12:45 p.m.

1A Girls — Weiner vs. Nevada County, 2:30 p.m.

7A Boys — Fayetteville vs. North Little Rock, 4:15 p.m.

6A Girls — Little Rock Hall vs. Little Rock Parkview, 6 p.m.

6A Boys — Little Rock Hall vs. Jonesboro, 7:45 p.m.
