Charter schools appeal limitation
’11 order narrowed challenge to Pulaski County desegregation

Attorneys for independently run charter schools in Pulaski County notified a federal appeals court Friday that they are renewing their 2011 constitutional challenge to the 1989 desegregation settlement between the state and Pulaski County school districts.
