Anniversaries remain free of charge. Forms are available at nwaonline.com and at the Rogers Morning News, the Springdale Morning News, the Benton County Daily Record and the Northwest Arkansas Times offices.
Information provided will be used to write an announcement according to the style and guidelines of the paper.
PHOTOGRAPHS
To ensure the quality of reproduction, we have some specific guidelines for submission.
An original 4-by-6-inch photographer’s studio print is preferred. Photos from desktop printers, commercial scanners, copy machines and Polaroids do not reproduce well and will not be used.
For electronic submission, send a studio print as a jpg image with at least a 250 dpi resolutionand 1,460-by-2,000 pixels. Include the couple’s last names in the name of the file.
Pictures will be published showing the head and shoulders of the couple. For best reproduction, such a portrait is preferred for submission.
The photo may include the couple or only the bride; no children or pets are allowed. Separate photos of the couple cannot be used as a set.
We cannot guarantee return of the photo. Do not submit one-of-a-kind pictures.
Photos must remain in the custody of the paper until they are published.
Photos will be available for pickup at the Springdale office after publication.
