CENTERTON — Centerton Day will be held Saturday. The all-day event is a fundraiser for the Volunteer Fire Department, Animal Control and the Shop with a Cop program sponsored by the Police Department.
There will be children’s games, a parade, a fireman’s muster, a petting zoo, a pie auction, a Tiny Tots pageant and vendor booths, according to a news release.
The day starts at 7:30 a.m. with a fishing derby at Centerton Lake for children 15 and under. The parade will start at 11 a.m.
Christian Life Center of Centerton will provide live music. The music schedule is:
• 9 a.m.: Breaking Silence
• 9:30 a.m.: Until the Afternoon
• 10 a.m.: CLC Praise Band
• 2 p.m.: Faith’s Journey.
Centerton Day will be held at City Park, 290 Main St.
