FBI agents are searching a cancer research facility in Rogers.

Agents are searching 1222 W. Poplar St., the location of Situs Cancer Research Center, according to Benton County land records.

Agents were searching a truck labeled “mobile care unit” and a package truck. Other company vehicles are parked at the location.

Agents removed some items from the mobile unit, including a couple of boxes, office chairs and what appeared to be cleaning supplies.

Situs, according to its website, is “a non-profit community health resource serving any cancer, hematology, or chronic viral disease patient in Northwest Arkansas who has been denied medical treatment as a result of inability to pay for primary oncology, hematology or chronic viral disease care.”

Four tow trucks from Fort Smith are on the scene. Authorities are towing two Volvo SUVs, two pickups and a Chevrolet Suburban.
