A Lincoln man was arrested Sunday in connection with felony second-degree sexual assault involving a 6-year-old girl.
Kevin Cain, 39, of 120 S. Arkansas 45 was being held Sunday in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond.
According to a preliminary arrest report, the girl told an investigator with the Arkansas State Police’s Crimes Against Children Division that Cain touched her through her pants and then asked her how she liked it. Cain denied the allegations during an interview with the Lincoln Police Department, according to the report.
A hearing is scheduled July 22 in Washington County Circuit Court.
