Drug Task Force

• Amanda Bowman, 23, of 401 W. 24th St. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of drug paraphernalia, third-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. She was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.

Fayetteville

• Dillon McDonald, 18, of 309 W. Louise St. was arrested Saturday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, criminal use of a prohibited weapon and disorderly conduct. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.

• Harley Massey, 19, of 3418 S. Paul St. in Rogers was arrested Saturday in connection with felony terroristic threatening, criminal use of a prohibited weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, furnishing prohibited articles and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.

• Jesus Garcia, 84, of 10284 N. Old Cincinnati Road was arrested Friday in connection with felony terroristic threatening. He was in the Washington County Detention Center without bond Saturday.

Rogers

• Lucinda Nicole Morandy, 27, of 17 Brookside in Paola, Kan., was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Morandy was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

• Clarence William Shaffer III, 52, of 36630 Plumb Creek in Osawatdie, Kan., was arrested Friday in connection with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of firearm by certain persons and simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms. Shaffer was being held Saturday in the Benton County Jail with no bond set.

Springdale

• Brian Vital-Osornio, 22, of 8670 Goosecreek Road in Fayetteville was arrested Saturday in connection with felony possession of firearm by certain persons, violation of probation/suspended sentence and terroristic threatening, along with misdemeanor failure to appear. He was in the Washington County Detention Center on $1,210 bond Saturday.

• Susan Huggins, 53, of 285 S. Church Ave. in Fayetteville was arrested Friday in connection with felony possession of a controlled substance, along with misdemeanor failure to appear and two counts of failure to pay fines and cost. She was in the Washington County Detention Center on $6,610 bond Saturday.

• Quenzolyn Olivieri reported Thursday the theft of two money orders and medication from 11982 Sheppard Place Road.
